Your Role

  • You will introduce Sunshine Ace Hardware solutions, products, and services to business customers.
  • Meet first-time and current business customers to build relationships and learn their needs.
  • Generate new internal leads.
  • Provide support to B2B Account Executive (outside sales).
  • Perform product research for unique and special orders.
  • Establish sourcing of products from vendors.
  • Monitor competition’s pricing, product assortment, services, fees and marketing efforts to ensure the store remains competitive.
  • Empower and involve the entire store team in the B2B sales process.

About You

  • Experience selling in the business-to-business market.
  • Comfortable contacting existing customers and qualified leads by phone and in person.
  • Excellent communication skills. Exceptional organizational ability. High attention to detail. Ability to multitask.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.
