This isn't a farming role. This is majority  new logo acquisition — going out, finding the right opportunities, and closing deals that matter. If you live for the thrill of winning new business and want the compensation to match, keep reading.

Working hours 

Mon – Friday 8am - 5pm local time. After hours may be needed based on client needs.    

Location requirements 

  • East US | Strong preference for candidates based in New York Metro, northeast US
  • Remote/hybrid with up to 50% travel to client sites across the eastern regio


Who you are 

You are a career hunter. You don't wait for leads to come to you — you go get them. You bring:

  • 5+ years of IT sales experience with a proven track record of bringing in new logos and exceeding quota
  • Deep knowledge of managed services, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions
  • The ability to confidently engage technical and executive-level stakeholders
  • A disciplined, data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • ABachelorsdegree or equivalent industry experience (advanced certifications are a plus)

You know how to:  

    • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive business growth within assigned territories or verticals.
    • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, to understand business objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
    • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and ensure successful deal closure.
    • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create customized presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
    • Maintain and grow a robust pipeline of opportunities, providing regular forecasts and updates to leadership.
    • Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and processes.

Pay and Benefits:    

This is a full-time position located in the United States and performed remotely with some travel.   

Estimated Starting Salary Range: The expected OTE for this role is ~$160,000 - $220,000, On Target Earnings or OTE (OTE = base salary + sales incentives/commissions), less applicable withholdings and deductions, paid on a semi-monthly basis. The actual salary offered may vary based on relevant factors as determined in the Company’s discretion, which may include experience, qualifications, tenure (for existing employees) skill set, availability of qualified candidates, geographic location, certifications held, and other criteria deemed pertinent to the particular role.  Note that the majority of individuals in the position will fall in the low to mid-level of the scale; the upper end of this pay scale is offered only in exceptional circumstances and/or for unusually qualified candidates.
