Transfer Online, Inc. is seeking a motivated and energetic Account Development Representative (ADR) to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in financial services, fintech, or business development.

As an Account Development Representative, you will help introduce companies, attorneys, accountants, and other professionals to Transfer Online's transfer agent, paying agent, escrow, and shareholder services. You will research prospective clients, conduct outbound outreach, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Relationship Managers and Business Development team.

Successful candidates are curious, organized, professional, and enjoy building relationships. No previous transfer agent experience is required—we provide comprehensive training on our industry, products, and services.


Duties and responsibilities


 Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research public and private companies that may benefit from Transfer Online's services.
  • Identify key decision makers, including executives, attorneys, CFOs, controllers, investor relations professionals, and corporate secretaries.
  • Conduct outbound outreach through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other communication channels.
  • Qualify prospective clients and schedule meetings for Relationship Managers and senior business development staff.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the company's CRM.

Relationship Building

  • Develop professional relationships with prospective clients and referral partners.
  • Learn about each prospect's business and identify opportunities where Transfer Online's services can provide value.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Represent the company professionally in all communications and interactions.

Sales Support

  • Assist with preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Support marketing campaigns by following up on inbound leads and event attendees.
  • Participate in industry conferences, webinars, networking events, and trade shows as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Relationship Management teams to develop a strong understanding of the company's services.

Market Research

  • Stay informed on public company trends, capital markets, and corporate actions.
  • Research industries and companies that may require transfer agent, paying agent, escrow, or shareholder services.
  • Monitor financing activity, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate events to identify potential business opportunities.

CRM & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain detailed notes and activity records within the CRM.
  • Track outreach activities, qualified opportunities, and follow-up tasks.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals for calls, emails, meetings scheduled, and qualified opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on prospecting strategies, messaging, and market trends.
