Job description

Business Development Executive

A fast-growing forex and CFD brokerage is looking for an ambitious business development executive to expand its footprint across Argentina and the wider LATAM region, working closely with sales, marketing, and client relations teams to grow its partner and client network.

As a business development executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with introducing brokers (IBs), affiliates, and potential partners, and converting leads into active trading clients. You will represent the company at industry events, conduct market research to spot emerging opportunities, and work with senior management to develop strategies that support the company's growth targets in the region.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in business development, sales, or account management, within the forex & CFD industry. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A genuine interest in financial markets, trading, and the forex industry is essential, along with the confidence to build relationships with high-value partners and clients.

They are looking for someone who is self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Strong networking abilities, resilience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will set you apart in this role.

In return, they offer a competitive base salary with a commission structure, ongoing training and professional development, and the opportunity to work within a dynamic, international team at the forefront of the forex industry. There is potential for career progression as the company continues to expand its presence across the region.
