About the Opportunity
Kyros is seeking a motivated, polished, and results-driven Business Development Executive to help expand our growing portfolio of business clients throughout the Houston market.
This position is designed for a true business developer and relationship builder—someone who is confident identifying opportunities, reaching key decision-makers, securing meetings, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing new business.
Kyros provides staffing solutions to businesses across industries including hospitality, hotels, warehousing, logistics, healthcare, commercial facilities, and other organizations with ongoing workforce needs.

This is a performance-driven opportunity with uncapped earning potential. The more business you develop, the greater your opportunity to earn.
How You'll Earn
During your first 60 days, Kyros provides a $250 weekly ramp stipend while you develop your pipeline, prospect new businesses, establish relationships, attend meetings, and pursue new client accounts.
You do not have to wait 60 days to begin earning commission. Commission eligibility starts on Day One.

Business Development Executives earn 20% of gross profit on eligible new client accounts they personally originate and close, subject to the Kyros commission plan.
Commission is earned based on qualifying client revenue collected by Kyros.
Example
If an account you originate and close generates $4,000 in weekly gross profit, a 20% commission would equal $800 for that week.
Develop multiple successful accounts and your earning potential grows with your portfolio.
There is no cap on the number of eligible accounts you can develop or the commission you can earn.

What You'll Do
  • Identify and pursue new B2B client opportunities throughout the Houston market
  • Develop relationships with General Managers, HR Directors, Operations Managers, business owners, and other key decision-makers
  • Prospect through phone calls, email, networking, referrals, in-person visits, and other business-development strategies
  • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients
  • Assess each prospective client's staffing and workforce needs
  • Present Kyros staffing solutions and communicate our value proposition
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Prepare and deliver proposals and professional follow-up communications
  • Negotiate opportunities and move prospects through the sales process
  • Close new staffing agreements
  • Assist with transitioning newly acquired clients into the onboarding process
  • Maintain relationships with accounts you develop
  • Accurately document leads, meetings, opportunities, and client activity in the company's CRM
  • Meet established sales and business-development goals
  • Represent Kyros professionally at meetings, networking events, and business functions

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Previous B2B, outside sales, account development, or business-development experience strongly preferred
  • Staffing, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, or commercial-services sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Reliable transportation for local meetings and prospecting
  • Ability to work independently and consistently follow through
