Position Overview:
We are seeking a customer-focused Account Associate to support daily agency operations and help drive growth through meaningful client interactions. This role blends front office support with customer engagement and product education.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic service needs
  • Initiate conversations with prospective and current customers
  • Ask thoughtful, needs-based questions to understand customer situations
  • Educate customers on available insurance and financial service products
