POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with referring providers, healthcare practices, and community partners to increase referral growth and enhance the customer experience
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned provider offices by promoting imaging services, educating referral partners, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Support marketing initiatives through provider education, community outreach, digital marketing, social media management, and promotional campaigns
  • Manage an assigned territory by analyzing referral trends, maintaining provider relationships, and developing strategies to increase utilization and market presence
  • Collaborate with operations, scheduling, clinical leadership, IT, and radiologists to improve provider satisfaction, streamline workflows, and support strategic initiatives

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-3 years of healthcare marketing, physician relations, pharmaceutical sales, medical sales, or business development experience preferred
  • Experience working with physician practices or outpatient healthcare services is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, presentation, and customer service skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong organizational, time management, and analytical skills with experience identifying referral growth opportunities and maintaining CRM data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, digital marketing, and social media management with strong problem-solving abilities

COMPENSATION:
The salary range for this position is $68,000-$75,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
