Account Coordinator - Business Development 
 
Job Title: Account Coordinator- Business Development 
Location: Tamarac, FL (Preferably On-site), Remote candidates considered
Department: Business Development
Reports To: Chief Information Officer
Travel: 25% Required
Role Overview
The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service and support to PuroClean’s network of franchise owners, national account partners, and commercial carriers. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, this individual ensures seamless program execution and high-performance relationship management across the Certified Priority Response (CPR) program and other national accounts. Responsible for onboarding and supporting franchisees within the CPR program, managing account setup and compliance, facilitating dispatch operations, and maintaining clear, effective communication across all touchpoints. This role also oversees reporting, documentation, technology systems, and special projects aligned with the departments and company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Program & Franchise Support
  • Qualify and onboard PuroClean franchise offices into partner programs and CPR tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  • Maintain updated franchise participation rosters, CPR badges, and service capabilities
  • Support franchisees by facilitating onboarding, registering for training and ensuring SLA compliance 
  • Collaborate with Regional Directors to review franchise participation checklists
Partner & Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned partners
  • Facilitate regular calls and communications to maintain strong, productive partner relationships
  • Assist in transitioning new partner accounts from Sales to Account Management
Dispatch & Project Oversight
  • Assist in assignment dispatch to appropriate franchises based on qualifications and performance
  • Monitor project progress using dispatch systems (e.g., XactAnalysis, Cotality, PuroLogic/DASH)
  • Update and manage franchise zip code coverage areas
Reporting & Communication
  • Provide monthly reports to leadership
  • Maintain and update program documentation, including SLA files and qualification guidelines
  • Ensure prompt, respectful, and clear communication with internal teams and franchisees
 Administrative & Special Projects
  • Support training efforts including onboarding calls, network calls, and external program-related sessions
  • Complete special projects and attend meetings assigned as directed
  • Maintain updated zip code lists and distribute them to partners
  • Travel for conventions, regional meetings (3–5 annually), industry tradeshows, and as directed
Required Qualifications
