Reports to: Director of Customer Service

Revision date: March 6, 2025


Rentex Audio Visual & Computer Rentals is seeking a highly motivated Account Coordinator

who will be responsible for assisting multiple account managers of in Administrative functions. . The selected candidate will be required to perform daily, weekly, and monthly tasks given to them from the account managers. This position reports directly to the Director of Customer Service



Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Provide excellent customer service to external and internal clients
  • Maintain clear and concise communication with co-workers
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal contacts
  • Effectively manage a high volume of emails with professionalism
  • Build and maintain rapport with Account Managers and different departments across the company
  • Consistently improve knowledge of Rentex rental inventory through self-study, monthly team presentations, and quarterly training sessions
  • Communicate with all Rentex offices regarding returns, time changes, customer gear.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance
  • Comply with company policies and procedures
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Customer Service

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-­time position. Days and hours of work are subject to change and may rotate. Needs of the business may dictate long hours and weekend work during high demand periods.
