TSP Talent Solutions is engaged in a direct hire search for a Psychiatry Account Manager with a global pharmaceutical company specializing in developing innovative treatments. In this role, you lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. Our Account Managers are adept at executing against the toughest commercialization challenges in today's rapidly changing environment and must demonstrate strong capability in the following areas:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Achieve or exceed market share and sales volume goals.
  • Analyze sales reports and develop business plan to increase market share.
  • Execute strategies to drive sales in key accounts.
  • Appropriately and effectively utilize available resources to drive sales with key customers.
  • Work with sales management to effectively address managed care and reimbursement opportunities.
  • Develop expert knowledge of disease state and products.
  • Develop strategic account management strategies and tactics to drive product utilization with key accounts.
  • Work closely with strategic alliance partners to drive product sales in overlap accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed territory execution metrics.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:
  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 1+ year(s) of sales, marketing, and/or relevant commercial experience.
  • High energy level and strong work ethic.
  • Strong planning and interpersonal skills; demonstrated decision-making ability.
  • Requires a high level of initiative and independence.
  • Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
