What Will You Do?
Under the direction of the Customer Operations Manager, the Account Associate oversees and provides sales support to our customers, account managers, field representatives, internal project team, and Regional Sales managers from our North Prairie, WI location. The Account Associate provides efficient and accurate preparation and follow up of quotations, orders and acknowledgements, logistics support, and schedules.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with the customer representatives and field sales team to provide quotes, orders, and acknowledgements.
  • Work within company-specific software to run reports
  • Administrative and data entry duties
  • Knowledge of outlook, teams, and phone etiquette to communicate with other departments and customers
  • Claiming Purchase Orders from Customer Portals
  • Provide support to the external sales team
  • Ability to read and understand customer fixture plans and store layouts in preparation of quote/order entry
  • Supports internal divisions daily account management activities
  • Root cause analysis and corrective action of problem areas during sales process.
  • Create, maintain, and revise as needed, department processes, procedures, and standard work.
  • Proactive approach to personal and company continuous improvement
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements for Effective Performance:
  • Associate degree preferred, or a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support, account coordination, or project coordination
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and communicate clearly

Skills/Abilities/Specifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
