Description

The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPO) launches products ontime, with high quality and maximum customer availability. NPO’s are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successfulNPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels inprogram/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in anambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core productdevelopment team and other functional organizations within Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program ManagementMS or BS Degree

Preferred Qualifications

Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results drivenSolid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teamsTechnical expertise and prior OEM management experienceMasters or MBA are considered a plus
