Do you enjoy customizing your ride to make it your own?  Would you enjoy engaging with customers?  Join H-D Parts Team and help us grow the business as our Parts Sales Consultant.  As part of this guest-obsessed team, you will be creating a fun shopping and HD motorcycle customizing experience.

What we do
  • Provide a fun full-service shopping experience to our customers through active selling and engagement.  Proactively engage with customers to determine parts and accessories needed while always looking for ways to customize the motorcycle. 
  • Estimate and communicate parts costs and timelines from ordering to installation. 
  • Complete tasks that ensure product is available and easy to shop a" pulling, filling, pricing, setting, staging, and maintaining the sales floor and the backroom.
  • Participate in periodic physical inventory of all merchandise.  
  • Accurately handle cash register operations including rewards, returns, warranty, and other transactions.
  • Make outbound phone calls inviting our customers to events or promoting product.
