Here's Where You Come In

As a Middle Market Commercial Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a $500K+ book of business, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a portfolio ofdiversecommercial accounts. You'll drive client retention through proactive, high-touch service,anticipating needs before they become problems while ensuring account information is accurate and audit-ready across our systems. You'll operate as a key player within a collaborative team, mentoring Associate Account Managers and helping shape the next generation of talent on the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manages a book of businessgenerallymore than$500k in revenue, depending on the complexity or number of accounts.

  • Provides quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 95% retention or more.

  • Collaboratewitha team that includes Producers, Account Executives, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.

  • Review policies and endorsements for accuracy prior to delivery to clients.

  • Issue certificates of insurance and process policy changes in a timely manner.

  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional lines of coverage and round out client accounts.

  • Maintain compliance with carrier guidelines and agency procedures to minimize E&O exposure.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC.

  • Special projects and all other duties, as assigned.
