Role Summary:

The Associate Account Manager (AAM) - Medicare & ACA is an internal support role focused on execution, accuracy, and throughput. This position works behind the scenes to support Producers through data entry, quoting, campaign support,marketingand workflow coordination.

This rolerequiresan insurance license. Success in this role is measured by accuracy, timeliness, and the ability to keep the service and sales teams movingefficiently,especially during peak enrollment periods.

Core Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Policy Support

  • Enter andmaintainaccurateclient and policy data in CRM and carrier systems

  • Track sold policies, retrieve policy numbers, verify revenue accuracy

SalesSupport

  • Answer phone calls,assistclients, schedule appointmentsfor producers.

  • Prepare Medicare,ACAand ancillaryquotes for Producers

  • Run plan comparisons and cost estimates based on provided information

  • Help automate Producer tasks

Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Support outreach and marketing campaigns (AEP, OEP, SEP, education events)

  • Build and manage call lists, email lists, and campaign tracking

  • Execute CRM workflows and task sequences

  • Assist with Producer Marketing Materials, creating and designing

Internal Team Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Producers

  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries as requested

  • Act as a reliability layer-making sure nothing gets missed

Goal Setting & Accountability (EOS)

  • Participate in Quarterly goal setting aligned with team Rocks

  • Own and complete assigned quarterly priorities

  • Attend and contribute to Level 10 meetings

  • Track and report weekly scorecard metrics accurately and on time

  • Identifybottlenecks and propose process improvements
