They develop strategies, set standards, and collaborate with various teams to implement accessibility best practices across an organization. Their role often includes policy development, training, monitoring compliance, and advocating for accessibility improvements. They play a crucial part in promoting inclusive design and ensuring that digital and physical spaces meet legal and ethical accessibility standards.

Job description

Senior Immigration Program Manager
New York, NY
About Manifest
Manifest OS is the leading AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office - enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Manifest OS has raised a $60M Series A from Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round, and Quiet Capital.
About the Role
Manifest is looking for a Senior Immigration Program Manager to own and grow a book of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts. You'll build relationships with C-suite decision makers, drive retention and expansion, and help shape how the account management function scales. This role sits at the intersection of sales strategy and customer outcomes - your work directly fuels company growth.
What You'll Do
  • Own retention, adoption, and expansion across your enterprise account portfolio
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with C-level and key decision makers
  • Lead Executive Business Reviews to surface growth opportunities and align on strategy
  • Partner with Account Executives to launch the platform across new enterprise accounts
  • Report on account health and proactively flag risks and opportunities
  • Feed customer insights into product, support, and marketing teams to improve roadmap and experience
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in global mobility or in B2B account management / new business sales
  • Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise-level accounts
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solid organizational and project management skills
  • Comfort operating in an early-stage or rapidly evolving environment
  • Experience at a high-growth startup
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM tools
This is for you if....
You want to help build an account management function, not just fill a seat. You thrive on owning outcomes end-to-end across complex customer relationships. You're energized by working cross-functionally to solve real customer problems.
This is not for you if....
You prefer a fully defined playbook over building process as you go. You're not comfortable with frequent change and ambiguity in a scaling org.
