The Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO) plays a critical role in enabling Attain's strategy by driving disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, and operational excellence across the enterprise.
Hybrid Schedule: Based in Greenville, SC, with quarterly onsite travel required.
Responsibilities
This role blends enterprise PMO governance discipline with hands-on delivery leadership. The Program / Project Manager is a "hybrid operator" role. This is someone who can enforce structure and governance at an enterprise level while still rolling up their sleeves to lead delivery. This person will be responsible for both leading projects as well as ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, governance, and strategic objectives. The role requires both structured oversight (portfolio reporting, controls, and compliance) and pragmatic execution (planning, delivery, stakeholder management).
What You'll Do
Enterprise Project Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of medium-sized programs and /or projects (typically cross-functional, moderate budget, and 3-9-month duration).
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource models.
  • Drive execution across business and technology teams, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and outcomes are achieved.
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change controls.
  • Ensure delivery is aligned to business cases, benefits realization, and strategic priorities.

EPMO Governance & Standards
  • Apply and enforce EPMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards across assigned initiatives.
  • Ensure projects adhere to stage gates, documentation requirements, and audit/compliance expectations.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting, including status reporting, financial tracking, and KPI dashboards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tools.
  • Participate in governance forums (steering committees, portfolio reviews, risk committees).

Stakeholder & Executive Management
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for project/program outcomes.
  • Engage senior stakeholders and executives with clear, concise communication on progress, risks, and decisions.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings and decision-making forums.
  • Align cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, Vendors) toward shared objectives.

Financial & Resource Management
  • Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor cost performance, variances, and financial risks.
  • Coordinate resource planning across internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure optimal utilization and capacity alignment across initiatives.

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management
  • Identify and actively manage risks and interdependencies across projects and programs.
  • Escalate critical issues with clear mitigation strategies and decision options.
  • Maintain transparency across the portfolio regarding delivery health and constraints.

Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of project management experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • PMP or similar certification preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead medium-sized programs and complex cross-functional projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Experience with financial management, budgeting, and forecasting

Hybrid Schedule: Based in Greenville, SC, with quarterly onsite travel required.
Base Salary: $100,000-$145,000 USD
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
