Job description

Weโ€™re seeking a Senior Accessibility Lead to support our organization in delivering accessible digital products. This remote role helps embed accessibility across the product lifecycle to strengthen audit readiness and remediation efforts.

Senior Accessibility Lead Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a lead point of contact for accessibility across cross-functional product, design, and engineering teams.
  • Coordinate accessibility reviews across digital solutions to ensure work is identified, prioritized, and routed effectively.
  • Evaluate digital experiences for accessibility conformance against WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, and related accessibility guidance and translate findings into actionable feedback.
  • Monitor accessibility defect trends, revalidate remediated defects, and confirm accessibility issues are fully resolved across relevant features.


Senior Accessibility Lead Qualifications:

  • Ability to evaluate digital experiences from an end-user perspective and advocate for accessible outcomes for web and native experiences.
  • Experience testing with assistive technologies including JAWS, NVDA, macOS/iOS Voice-over, Talkback, and keyboard-only navigation.
  • Strong understanding of accessibility standards, principles, and implementation techniques, including WCAG 2.0, WCAG 2.1, and 2.2 (A/AA), and WAI-ARIA.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consistency in accessibility practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills to influence decisions and provide leadership in cross-functional environments.
