Job description

The Strategic Customers Engineering organization within Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) sits at the center of the fastest-growing and most technically demanding part of the cloud: building at scale for the world's leading AI innovators. We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager who thrives in complexity, moves with urgency, and brings people together to deliver outcomes that matter. This is a role for someone who doesn't just track work but drives it. Someone who brings clarity where there is ambiguity, momentum where there is friction, and alignment where there are competing priorities.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:

  • Work directly on cross-organizational programs that cut across engineering, product, operations, capacity, and business teams.
  • Operate at scale, coordinating milestones, dependencies, and execution across multiple OCI orgs for initiatives that impact both product and business outcomes. 
  • Bring teams across OCI toward a unified north star, ensuring alignment, visibility, and progress across all stakeholders. 
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear plans and measurable milestones, driving them from concept to launch. 
  • Serve as the connective tissue between teams, identifying gaps early, removing blockers, and maintaining steady execution. 
  • Build trusted partnerships with senior engineering and business leaders to drive initiatives forward with confidence.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $102,300 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
