Accessible Care Wellness is seeking a dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a remote capacity. • Conduct thorough client assessments to identify mental health challenges and design personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using an array of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain precise documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality care through regular reviews of client progress.
• Provide telehealth services so clients can access support from the comfort of their homes, particularly beneficial for those facing mobility challenges.
• Contribute to staff meetings, group supervision sessions, and one-on-one meetings with your clinical supervisor to enhance collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay informed of new trends and best practices in the mental health field.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, encompassing couples, children, teenagers, and families, with a strong focus on serving clients from varied cultural backgrounds, including individuals of color and those within the LGBTQIA community. Your expertise will help address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship conflicts.

• Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of full-time counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Solid experience working with diverse populations, including couples, children, and families, and the capacity to provide culturally sensitive care.

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates experienced in addiction recovery and those demonstrating proficiency in using teletherapy platforms. Candidates with additional training in trauma-informed care or crisis intervention will be highly regarded.

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus a sign-on bonus as an added incentive. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
