• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' presenting challenges and establish optimal treatment plans.
• Design and implement tailored therapeutic interventions that are sensitive to each client’s unique experiences, needs, and objectives.
• Facilitate engaging evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, utilizing proven methodologies to promote healing.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to coordinate holistic care initiatives.
• Provide educational support to clients' families, helping them understand and participate in the therapeutic process.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client progress and treatment strategies in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
