• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health status and formulate custom treatment plans.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, focusing on actionable goals and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate integrated care and support for clients.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the treatment process, providing resources and guidance to foster a supportive recovery environment.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with all regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring accuracy and security.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse population of clients, each with distinct mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your clinical expertise will help these individuals navigate their challenges, promoting recovery and well-being. Emphasis is placed on cultural competence, allowing you to provide sensitive and informed care that meets the unique needs of every client.

• A current, valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; a master’s degree is preferred, ideally in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or similar disciplines.
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a depth of knowledge in mental health practices.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and the ability to implement them effectively in clinical settings.
• Exceptional communication skills, facilitating the development of strong therapeutic alliances with clients and effective collaboration with team members.

• Experience working in outpatient settings, providing direct therapy services to clients.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document sessions and manage client information efficiently.
• Previous involvement in multi-disciplinary team settings, contributing to holistic care approaches.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
