Job description

Taboola, Inc. seeks Senior Product Analyst in Los Angeles, CA. The Senior Product Analyst is
responsible for independently leading product data analytics and proactively guiding business growth
based on data analysis and statistical research. Specific duties include: (1) Researching and analyzing
large volume data sets and generating conclusions and actionable recommendations; (2) Developing data
models and dashboards and finding creative solutions for new challenges; (3) Serving as the focal point
for all data-related matters; (4) Managing multiple data initiatives and projects on an ongoing and ad-hoc
basis; (5) Defining and analyzing A/B tests to optimize product performance and understand user
behavior; (6) Participating in product-related decisions and identifying opportunities for product
improvements based on data analysis; (7) Working closely with R&D and Product teams across multiple
countries and time zones to understand objectives and create products that contribute to the company's
goals; (8) Leveraging modern analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and scale of
analytical work, including automating workflows and enhancing or developing analytical tools and self-
service solutions that increase the accessibility of insights; (9) Developing and applying product,
analytical, and technical knowledge to work with product management, analytics and algorithm teams,
R&D, policy, and business stakeholders to support analytical initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Industrial
Engineering, Computer Science, or related quantitative field;
- Three years of professional experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or product
analytics role in a data-rich environment, analyzing large, complex datasets to inform multiple
stakeholders including business and product decisions.
- Three years of hands-on product analytics or data science experience.
- Advanced SQL experience, including work with large-scale or cloud-based data warehouses and
analytical databases (e.g., BigQuery, Vertica, or similar), and proficiency with Python or
comparable analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., including Tableau ), including
dashboard design and development using established analytics and visualization methodologies to
deliver reliable, self-service insights to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience routinely applying AI-enabled analytics tools to materially
improve analytical workflows and outputs, including independent use of such tools to enhance,
scale, or develop analytical tools, methods, or data products that increase the accessibility and
impact of insights.- Demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives, including ownership of a defined analytical or
product domain, metric definition, insight synthesis, and clear communication and presentation of
recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders across varying levels of the
organization in global cross-functional environments.

ANNUAL PAY RANGE: $101,712 - $156,475 + benefits (Annual discretionary bonus, RSUs, and
standard benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), Flex Time Off, holidays,
life/disability, etc.)
