Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

This position is on-site and may be located at any of our office locations nationwide.
The Access Control Analyst is responsible for administering and supporting user access management processes across the enterprise, with a primary focus on Active Directory, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud. This role ensures that user access is provisioned, modified, and revoked in accordance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
The analyst partners with business units, Information Security, and application owners to manage the user access lifecycle, support access certifications, investigate access-related issues, and maintain compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provision, modify, disable, and remove user access within Active Directory and integrated systems.
  • Administer user accounts, security groups, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and delegated access permissions.
  • Process access requests in accordance with approved policies, procedures, and service level agreements.
  • Ensure timely execution of onboarding, transfer, and termination access requests.
  • Investigate and resolve access-related incidents, service requests, and provisioning issues.
  • Collaborate with application owners to maintain accurate access and entitlement data.
  • Support SailPoint identity governance activities, including user provisioning, certification campaigns, and access requests.
  • Research and resolve provisioning failures in SailPoint
  • Participate in access review campaigns and remediation efforts.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT Helpdesk, Active Directory administration, or a related technical support role.

Preferred:

  • Relevant Microsoft Certification(s) and or experience with SailPoint a plus
