What You Will Own
  • Directly manage the Business Growth Strategist team and serve as their primary day-to-day leader.
  • Lead regular one-on-one meetings, pipeline reviews, call reviews, and performance discussions.

  • Ensure Salesforce is used consistently, accurately, and daily as the sales team's source of truth.
  • Monitor rep activity, account notes, follow-up tasks, opportunity stages, close dates, and pipeline quality.
  • Provide KPI reporting to the Sales Director on team pipeline, activity, production, and performance trends.

  • Review and approve routine pricing, onboarding, and workflow requests within defined guardrails.
  • Escalate larger pricing decisions, margin-sensitive requests, performance concerns, client issues, or process gaps to the Sales Director.
  • Support sales team execution of marketing campaigns, new service launches, targeted outreach, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Help identify existing client expansion opportunities and escalate retention concerns when sales involvement is needed.
  • Collaborate with Client Success, Operations, Billing, Marketing, and other internal teams to support sales execution and client experience.
