• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, based on thorough initial assessments and clinical evaluations.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele, which includes individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a range of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive client care, integrating various therapeutic modalities to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment goals, and session notes, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance skills, stay current on best practices, and improve client outcomes.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Healing Place Counseling Services, you will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing challenges such as stress management, work-life balance, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Your role is vital in helping clients navigate their personal journeys and overcome obstacles that hinder their emotional and mental health.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct counseling experience is preferred, particularly in a clinical setting.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse, or trauma would be highly beneficial.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual counseling techniques is a plus.

• Annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 90,000, which will be determined based on experience and professional expertise.
