Junior Business Analyst - Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Job Duties:
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their business processes and requirements.
    • Schedule and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather and review information.
  • Documentation and Analysis:
    • Document detailed business processes related to the customer billing system.
    • Analyze current access controls and identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop comprehensive documentation of requirements for role-based access control (RBAC).
  • RBAC Development:
    • Assist in designing and implementing RBAC within the customer billing system.
    • Work closely with IT and security teams to ensure proper integration and functionality of RBAC.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance security and efficiency.
    • Ensure that all business processes comply with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Testing and Validation:
    • Participate in testing to validate the implementation of RBAC.
    • Document and address any issues or discrepancies found during testing.
  • Training and Support:
    • Assist in creating training materials for end-users on the new RBAC system.
    • Provide support to stakeholders during the transition to the new access control process.

Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of identity and access management principles.
  • Familiarity with financial financial internal controls related to Sarbanes Oxley Section 404.
  • Familiarity with customer billing systems is a plus.

Preferred Skills:
