As an Access Control Officer, you will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Security and Emergency Management Directorate (DSS) by providing essential security operations services at MDA facilities across the United States.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As an Access Control Officer, you will:
  • Control and monitor access to MDA facilities and restricted areas
  • Verify credentials and authorize entry for employees, contractors, and visitors
  • Conduct visitor processing and enforce security screening procedures
  • Monitor access control systems and report suspicious activity
  • Maintain accurate logs, records, and security documentation
  • Support security operations during meetings, special events, and mission activities
  • Respond appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and access-related concerns
  • Provide professional customer service while ensuring compliance with security requirements

Qualifications
  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) & Automated External Defibrillators (AED) certified (100%), and trained in Red Cross First Aid.
