Overview

Chenegaย Naswikย International, LLC isย seekingย a professional and customer-focused Access Control Officer to support access control and security screening operations at Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) facilities. This positionย is responsible forย controlling facility access, conducting security inspections,ย assistingย visitors, and ensuring compliance with established security procedures while helping protect personnel, facilities, and assets.ย 

  • The ideal candidate is a dependable security professional withย strong communicationย skills, sound judgment, and a commitment to customer service. This role offers the opportunity to support critical federal security operations whileย maintainingย a safe, secure, and professional environment for government personnel, visitors, and stakeholders.ย 

**The shift for this position will be from 3PM-11PM . **Monday-Friday

Responsibilities
  • Perform access control screening functions for employees, visitors, and authorized personnel.ย 

  • Controlย access to buildings, facilities, and propertyย in accordance withย established procedures.ย 

  • Carry out general and special orders for assigned areas.ย 

  • Conduct interior and exterior facility security inspections as directed.ย 

  • Protect government property, equipment, and materials.ย 

  • Communicate effectively via radio, telephone, and in-person interactions.ย 

  • Escort visitors, contractors, and government personnel asย required.ย 

  • Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, visitors, and the public.ย 

  • Maintain composure and professionalism during stressful or emergency situations.ย 

  • Assistย medical personnel, fire departments, law enforcement personnel, and other responders as directed.ย 

  • Prepare clear, concise,ย accurate, and detailed reports and documentation.ย 

  • Read, understand, and apply printed rules, orders, instructions, and training materials.ย 

  • Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments asย required.ย 

  • Perform other duties as assigned.ย ย 
Qualifications
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will beย requiredย to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete required employment eligibility verification documentation upon hire.ย 

  • High School Diploma or GEDย required.ย 

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.ย 

  • Priorย military, civilian law enforcement, security guard, or related security experience preferred.ย 

  • Must successfully complete all required training andย maintainย all necessary permits, licenses, certifications, and security clearancesย requiredย for the assignment.ย 

  • Mustย possessย and maintain a valid state driver's license.ย 

  • Must have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.ย 

  • Mustย possessย and maintain aย Top Secretย clearance or meet all requirements necessary to obtain andย maintainย required security credentials.ย 

Preferred Qualifications:ย 

  • Experience supporting federal government security operations.ย 

  • Experience performing access control and visitor management functions.ย 

  • Experience working in controlled-access or high-security environments.ย 

  • Experience interacting with executive leadership, VIPs, and government personnel.ย 

  • CPR, First Aid, or other security-related certifications.ย 

Knowledge,ย Skillsย and Abilities:ย
