• User Creation (using script or manual)
• User De-provisioning (script or manual)
• Users Disable/ Enable
• User password reset
• Access to files shares using security group
• Access to different tools and applications
• RBAC (Role based access control) - includes proper verification and approval before granting access
• Access to distribution groups
• User life cycle management - trouble shooting access issues from onboarding a user to the system to deboarding (including hold period before permanent deletion)
• Creation of Security groups for file shares, assigning permissions as per request and for different applications ools for role-based access controls
• Creation of scripts for various day to day tasks and bulk requests
• Take handover/ transition of any other access process and streamline
