Job description

Biologics Patient Access Coordinator AllerVie Health | Remote / Regional Travel | CST time zone preferred | Full-Time

Every day a patient misses their biologic injection is a day their treatment falls behind. At AllerVie Health, the Biologics Patient Access Coordinator makes sure that doesn't happen. You'll drive buy and bill volume across a regional group of clinics — starting new patients, converting specialty pharmacy patients to in-office care, and staying on top of every case so nothing slips.

This role is built for someone who is fast, proactive, and wired to execute. You don't wait for tasks to come to you.

What You'll Do

  • Work new patient starts first, every day — then renewals, conversions, and everything else
  • Identify SP patients who should be in-office and make the conversion happen
  • Manage enrollments, prior authorizations, and Rx coordination from start to finish
  • Reach out proactively to patients who are overdue or off schedule and get them back on track
  • Flex across clinic locations to keep the region covered and volume moving

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of prior authorization experience or PACS certification
  • Solid understanding of buy and bill workflows, specialty pharmacy, and biologics billing
  • You track your numbers and know when something is trending the wrong way
  • Strong communicator — with patients, providers, and payers alike
  • Clinical background preferred; regional travel required

AllerVie Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
