Job Description

The Mission Analyst will serve as the critical liaison between the Client Platform and the federal stakeholder community, ensuring the platform's capabilities are directly aligned with operational needs and mission priorities. The analyst will act as a domain expert and advocate for mission user needs, translating complex operational requirements, tactics, and strategic objectives into actionable insights for the technical and customer success teams. This role will collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to contextualize data, ensuring that analytics, dashboards, and data products are directly relevant to mission outcomes. The analyst will work with the Customer Success team to validate that solutions developed on the client platform are operationally effective and meet the intended mission needs. They will analyze mission-area problems and processes to identify opportunities where the platform can provide value, improve efficiency, or enable new capabilities. The analyst will maintain a deep understanding of the stakeholder's operational environment, challenges, and decision-making processes as well as review technical solutions and training materials for mission relevance and clarity, providing feedback to ensure they resonate with the end-user community. This role will stay current with evolving mission sets, operational priorities, and stakeholder challenges to proactively guide the client program's development efforts.

Must have:

  • Bachelor's degree (or 4 years of additional experience)
  • 8 years of experience conducting mission/operational analysis and providing technical insights for IT/system solutions (ideally in a defense or intelligence context)

Security Clearance:

  • Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
