Job description

Job Summary:
Accenture Federal Services is a technology company dedicated to helping the US federal government enhance its operations and services. The SAP Fiori Developer / User Experience Lead will design, develop, and test SAP front-end applications while mentoring junior developers and ensuring seamless integration with back-end systems.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and deliver presentations for technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and product review sessions
• Apply technical expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, front‑end development languages, and SAP back‑end integration
• Lead or support budgeting, staffing, forecasting, and work planning activities
• Manage and mentor a development team, including training junior team members
• Develop SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
• Utilize SAP WebIDE, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse, Git, and testing tools to support Test Driven Development
• Ensure integration with SAP Gateway and OData Services for complete UI‑to‑ERP functionality
• Conduct component testing, debugging, and prepare technical design and build documentation
• Identify user experience bottlenecks and propose improvements to business process workflows
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8+ years of SAP Fiori enablement, SAPUI5 development, or general web development experience
• Experience in Fiori integration with SAP BTP
• Familiarity with SAP Build Work Zone
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and SAPUI5 frameworks
• Hands-on experience with development tools such as SAP WebIDE, SAP Business Application Studio, Eclipse IDE, Git, and code quality/testing utilities
• Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for technical interchange meetings, design reviews, and product review sessions
• Technical expertise in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, front-end development languages, and SAP back-end integration
