Job description

We Are:

Accenture's Oracle Business Group AI Center of Excellence is one of the most active enterprise AI innovation environments in the Oracle ecosystem.

We build real products that close deals and run in production — a knowledge platform spanning 27 Oracle knowledge servers and 980K+ documents. We move at startup speed inside a global platform, and we're scaling fast.

This is a founding team, these first hires will shape the culture, the systems, and the trajectory of the work we are doing!

You Are:

You're an AI builder who doesn't wait for permission. You've rebuilt how you work around AI agents — not just adopted them. You ship agentic systems, you know the Anthropic ecosystem, and when a new research paper or open-source repo drops, you're testing it the next day. You have an instinct for turning cutting-edge AI into commercial value.

You're equally comfortable in a technical deep-dive and a client conversation.

You might come from engineering, consulting, product, or pre-sales — what matters is that you build things that work and can explain why they matter.

The Work:

  • Contribute to the Knowledge Repository — a multi-tenant enterprise knowledge platform built on Oracle 23ai, powering intelligent search and document retrieval at scale

  • Build and extend MCP server infrastructure — our federated Model Context Protocol network across Oracle product lines, including retrieval pipelines and evaluation frameworks

  • Accelerate AI-assisted sales pursuits — helping sales teams win faster with AI-generated content, live demo agents, and intelligent presentation assets

  • Serve as an Anthropic / AI coding agent SME across internal teams and client-facing engagements

  • Partner with solution architects, sales, and delivery teams to embed AI across the Accenture-Oracle alliance

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or enterprise technology

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience with hybrid retrieval systems — vector search, knowledge graphs, or structured search pipelines — and an understanding of context engineering as the layer that makes agents reliable

  • Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI systems — Claude/Anthropic, or equivalent

  • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, agentic harness frameworks, or tool-use orchestration

  • Experience designing evaluation frameworks or quality gates for AI system output

  • Proven ability to be able to translate complex AI concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience

Bonus Points If:

  • You have functional Oracle knowledge — EPM, ERP, or OCI

  • You have experience with agentic harness frameworks

  • You have a pre-sales, sales solutioning, or client-facing delivery background

  • You have startup, entrepreneurial, design or product-led environment experience

  • You have consulting or professional services background in large-scale digital transformation
