Overview
We are seeking a TS/SCI-cleared AI / RPA Solutions SME to support Air Force modernization efforts by building and demonstrating automation solutions in real-world mission environments.
This role is highly hands-on and client-facing. You will work directly with Air Force personnel to identify operational challenges, build quick automation solutions, and demonstrate how AI and RPA tools can improve mission workflows.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys both developing solutions and working directly with end users to drive adoption and impact.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Build and demonstrate automation solutions using tools such as UiPath, Power Automate, and other approved platforms
โ€ข Develop proof-of-concept automations within 2-3 days based on real operational use cases
โ€ข Work directly with Air Force personnel to identify workflow inefficiencies and automation opportunities
โ€ข Conduct live demos and hands-on sessions to showcase automation and AI capabilities
โ€ข Support training sessions and workshops focused on practical use of AI and automation tools
โ€ข Translate user needs into technical requirements for development teams
โ€ข Provide guidance on best practices for automation, integration, and security in classified environments
