You Are:
Accenture Products & Platforms are looking for a driven and analytically minded Presales Manager to join our Digital Video Services business unit, supporting the growth of our Advertising Software product. This role sits at the intersection of sales, product, marketing, and engineering - acting as the commercial and technical bridge that converts opportunity into closed business. You will be expected to operate in a data-driven way, continuously measuring and improving your impact on pipeline conversion.
The Work:
Pipeline & sales enablement:
  • Own presales engagement across the full pipeline lifecycle
  • Lead qualification, product presentations
  • Live demos and demo scripts, orals, and client team presentations.
  • Produce and maintain core sales collaterals including stage 0 decks, credential decks, qualification checklists, promotional videos, and battlecards

RFP management
  • Lead presales response to RFPs in close interlock with the solutioning team.
  • Deliver compliancy matrices, product value propositions, and bill of materials that are accurate, compelling, and differentiated.

Marketing & event presence
  • Represent the product at industry events and trade shows.
  • Manage booth preparation, demo environments, and client interactions on-site.
  • Translate event presence into qualified leads and measurable pipeline contribution.

R&D interlock & innovation
  • Act as the voice of the market into R&D.
  • Systematically collect, structure, and prioritize feedback from sales teams and clients
  • Contributing to the product roadmap and next-generation feature definition.

Product & engineering interlock
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to surface bugs, usability gaps, and improvement opportunities early - before they impact client engagements.
  • Serve as a quality feedback loop between the field and the product team.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's What You Need:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in presales, solutions consulting, or technical sales
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with advertising and marketing technology, telecommunications, video platforms, or digital media
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience and proven track record owning RFP responses end-to-end
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience

Professional skills requirements:
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Comfortable engaging C-level and technical audiences
  • Data fluency - able to build and track pipeline metrics, improved win rates and origination of new opportunties
  • Strong persuasive communication and presentation abilities.
  • Advanced negotiation skills to navigate complex competitive strategies and solution tradeoffs.
  • Self-driven, tenacious, diligent and resilient, with a positive outlook.

Bonus Points if you have:
  • Background in Ad Tech, media, advertising, marketing, telecommunications, video platforms,
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) in a presales context
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics
  • Experience in a consulting or systems integration environment
  • Multilingual a plus (English required)
