Through an ecosystem of top Insurtech partners, we’re expanding the ALIP platform’s capabilities to provide even greater opportunities for our clients to differentiate and scale business growth.You Are:The Accenture Life Insurance and Annuity Industry Data Product Lead will drive the development and delivery of the ALIP data analytics and insight solution—a cornerstone of our value proposition to ALIP clients.This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the creation of a cutting-edge AI-powered capability that transforms how actionable insights are derived from ALIP’s extensive data ecosystem.Key Responsibilities include:Solution Development

  • Lead the end-to-end development of the ALIP data analytics product, ensuring alignment with client needs and overall business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, and Go-To-Market teams to shape and deliver a scalable solution that supports sustainable revenue growth.

Analytics Capabilities

  • Design and oversee advanced analytics solutions, dashboards, and data products to empower clients with informed decision-making and performance tracking.

Team Leadership

  • Build, manage, and mentor a multidisciplinary data team (including analysts, data engineers, and data scientists), fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Revenue Growth Execution

  • Once the product matures, coordinate with the delivery organization to leverage its potential for substantial and sustainable revenue generation.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum 5 years of Industry Knowledge Experience: Deep understanding of insurance carriers and their needs for actionable, data-driven insights.

  • Minimum 5 years Enterprise-Level Product Expertise: Proven experience designing and scaling enterprise-level data solutions and analytics capabilities.

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Development and Roadmap Management: Expertise in developing product roadmaps, executing Go-To-Market strategies, and overseeing delivery to initial clients.

  • Minimum 2 years of AI Experience: Tangible experience using AI to design, build, and test a product — especially within the context of insurance or banking.

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience/background in Life Insurance/ Financial industry.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

  • Leadership Acumen Demonstrated ability to lead teams and turn startup initiatives into large scale, impactful implementations.

  • Technical Business Synergy Strong capability to connect technical solutions to business strategies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
