What You'll Do
  • Become a subject matter expert in our clients' healthcare data, enabling you to provide quick and reliable insights to stakeholders
  • Build diverse patient cohorts and datasets to continuously enrich Latica's comprehensive data catalog
  • Maintain robust data structures and documentation to ensure seamless access for internal data consumers and research teams
  • Lead end-to-end medical research projects, from initial data exploration and protocol development through statistical analysis, dashboard creation, and publication-ready deliverables (posters, abstracts)
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the healthcare industry (required)
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation
  • Strong experience with Python and Pandas for data analysis and processing
  • Deep familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and healthcare coding systems (CPT, ICD-10, etc.)
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS/GCP) - preferred
  • Background in client-facing roles and collaboration with pharmaceutical companies - preferred
  • A collaborative team player who is self-motivated, quick to learn, and possesses excellent analytical, research, and business acumen
