We steward them over time. Our maintenance division is a key part of our long-term client relationships, ensuring properties stay clean, healthy, and performing at a high level year-round.

Job Description: We are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Specialist who takes pride in quality, efficiency, and consistency. This role is responsible for maintaining high-end residential and commercial properties to our company standards. This position is about detail, care, and long-term landscape stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:
Property Maintenance

  • Bed maintenance (weeding, cultivating, defining edges)
  • Pruning shrubs and small trees to maintain health and appearance
  • Mulch installation and seasonal color enhancements
Plant Health & Care
  • Monitor plant health and identify issues early
  • Report disease, pest, or irrigation concerns
  • Support proper watering and seasonal plant care practices
Quality & Detail
  • Maintain clean, sharp property lines and a polished finish
  • Ensure each property meets ACADIA’s quality standards
  • Take ownership of assigned properties
Team & Operations
  • Work with crew leaders and production team to execute schedules
  • Follow company systems, routes, and SOPs
  • Communicate issues clearly and proactively

Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of landscape maintenance experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of basic plant care and pruning practices
  • Ability to operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred)
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
