POSITION VACANCY
POSITION: High School Academic Support Aide
LOCATION: Rice Lake High School
DATE OF POSTING: August 13, 2026
START DATE: August 25, 2026
HOURS: 5 hours/day, 8:00am-1:00pm
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience working with high school aged students is preferred as
well as certification in CPR/AED/First Aid or ability to become certified.
DESCRIPTION: The Rice Lake High school is seeking a part-time Academic Support Aide to
supervise the safety and well-being of students during study hall class
periods, in-school suspension room and online learning center.
Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, reinforce expectations
for students to work on schoolwork and to build positive relationships with
students to influence academic success. The qualified applicant must possess
strong communication skills and be responsible to provide professional
interactions with parents, community, staff and students as well as maintain
student confidentiality.
