The Office of Graduate Affairs seeks two full-time Academic Program Support Specialists, who will perform a wide variety of instructional, programmatic, and administrative work supporting the Master's in Medical Sciences Pre-Professional Program (MSP3) during the fall 2026 and spring 2027 semesters.

This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.

  • Provides support for instruction through administration of course syllabi, class materials, exams, course evaluations, processing course schedules, maintaining course inventory, etc.
  • Upholds and maintains regularly scheduled availability to program students through review sessions, office hours, and Canvas communication.
  • Supports and coordinates orientation and student success workshops for new students.
  • Proctors program examinations.
  • Performs other administrative duties as assigned in support of the academic mission of the program and department.
