Admissions & Front Office Coordinator (Sales + Scheduling)
Premier Academy Walnut is seeking a friendly, organised, and customer-focused Front Office Staff member to join our team. This role combines admissions, sales, customer service, and scheduling. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective and current families, helping parents find the right academic programmes while ensuring our daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome prospective and current families in person, by phone, email, and text.
  • Conduct consultations with parents and recommend suitable academic programmes based on each student's needs.
  • Follow up with enquiries and convert prospective families into enrolled students.
  • Coordinate student and tutor schedules to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate student records, attendance, payments, and scheduling using our management system.
  • Communicate with parents regarding class schedules, programme updates, and student progress.
  • Work closely with teachers and the management team to support student success.
  • Assist with centre events, workshops, and general office operations.
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build long-term relationships with students and families.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, professional, and confident speaking with parents and students.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
