The Data Operations Analyst position requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. Additionally, we are looking for individuals who can be agile, think outside the box and lead with an entrepreneurial spirit.This position will provide broad-based data support across business units, products, and services.

Job title and Compensation to be determined based on qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods and computer models to develop solutions.

  • Develop analyses and financial models using transactional data and/or financial data. Perform data quality checks, develop test plans, identify anomalies, and ensure data integrity through audits.

  • Provide support on all aspects of small to medium sized clients and discrete segments of larger projects.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights, findings, and recommendations.

  • Present data analysis and product performance evaluations to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

  • Broad-based data support across business units, products, and services.

  • Help manage parts of the project and/or product lifecycle across client implementations and/or practice initiatives.

  • Participate in a team environment and prioritize assignments and responsibilitiestomeet goals and deadlines.

  • Implement test plan to ensure manufacturer customizations are applied accurately across products.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and an undergraduate level understanding of business, finance, accounting, statistics, product development or data analysis.

  • Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL, R, or Python.

  • Knowledge of market research methodologies, including data collection, analysis, and competitor analysis.

  • 2+ years SQL, R, or Python experience with a focus in data analytics. An interest in growing these skills and training others is required.

  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention todetail.

  • Desire to work within a team environment.

Hybrid Role in DC or New York

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.

Salary Range: 80,000 - 115,000
