Job description

Who are we hiring: 

We are seeking a Senior Analyst, HRIS Configuration with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, specifically Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor, as well as strong Fast Formula development skills. This role will play a critical part in configuring, enabling, and supporting end-to-end HCM solutions that align complex business requirements with scalable system design. 

The Senior Analyst will partner closely with People Practices, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and technology stakeholders to ensure the Oracle HCM Cloud platform is optimally configured, stable, compliant, and continuously enhanced to meet evolving business needs. This role is responsible for project delivery, production support, and ongoing optimization initiatives that reduce operational risk while improving automation and efficiency. 

What will you do?  

  • Provide exceptional experiences for our guests, partners, and team members, including by adhering to our appearance and presentation guidelines while on-site.  
  • Lead the endtoend configuration and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, with a primary focus on Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management, while ensuring seamless integration with Core HR, Compensation, and Talent modules. 
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex Fast Formulas (Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, and UserDefined Calculations) to support statutory, business, and organizational requirements. 
  • Serve as the functional subject matter expert for Oracle Payroll processing, including earnings, deductions, taxes, element configuration, balances, costing, retro pay, and payroll controls. 
  • Configure and support Time & Labor rules, schedules, time entries, validations, approvals, accruals, and integrations with Payroll and Absence. 
  • Configure and manage Absence plans, accrual logic, carryover rules, eligibility, and linkages to payroll processing. 
  • Provide project support for new implementations and upgrades by gathering business requirements, translating them into functional designs, configuring solutions, executing unit/system/UAT testing, and supporting golive activities. 
  • Provide production support by troubleshooting configuration issues, identifying root causes, logging and tracking defects, and coordinating resolution with internal teams and Oracle support as needed. 
  • Evaluate enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, recommend scalable solutions, and deliver approved enhancements with clear documentation. 
  • Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll cycles, time and absence changes, and quarterly/annual system updates. 
  • Partner crossfunctionally with Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, Finance, and IT to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency. 
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration workbooks, test scripts, and support guides to ensure auditability and knowledge continuity. 

What do you need to succeed?   

  • 4-6 years of related experience. 
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Handson experience configuring and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with deep functional expertise in Payroll. 
  • Oracle Fusion Payroll configuration experience, including elements, balances, costing, retro processing, and payroll controls. 
  • Strong experience configuring and supporting Time & Labor and Absence Management modules, including rules, accruals, integrations, and payroll impacts. 
  • Advanced Fast Formula development skills, with demonstrated experience designing, debugging, and optimizing complex formulas across Payroll, Absence, and Time & Labor use cases. 
  • Proven experience delivering endtoend HCM solutions, from requirements gathering and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization. 
  • Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and quarterly Oracle updates. 
  • Strong understanding of Core HR, payroll operations, benefits, compensation, and downstream financial impacts. 
  • Experience with Goals, Performance, Talent Review, Learning, HR Help Desk, and Security. 
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholdermanagement skills.
