What You'll Do:
In this highly visible and confidential role, you will serve as a critical partner to executive leadership, ensuring seamless daily operations and strategic support.
Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the President with daily administrative and meeting preparation tasks
  • Managing and reconciling expenses for senior leadership
  • Recording donor communications accurately in the CRM
  • Coordinating travel logistics and developing detailed itineraries
  • Preparing clear, concise materials and briefing information for leadership
  • Serving as a liaison to ensure effective internal and external communication
  • Safeguarding sensitive organizational, donor, and operational information

Position Type/Expected Hours
This position is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
Some weekend and evening work may be required.
