Massanutten Resort
Job Summary
A Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests including greeting, taking food and beverage orders, answering questions, and providing information about resort and surrounding areas. Must be able to maintain a clean and organized service and work area and uphold company safety and sanitation policies.
Required
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Understanding and ability to adhere to ABC regulations and policies
Must be at least 18
Preferred
Previous serving experience
Knowledge of standard cocktails
Knowledgeable of beer and wine pairings
Typical Schedule
Days:
Schedule varies including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Hours:
Varied hours depending on business demands
Core Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • Upsell products whenever possible
  • Maintain an orderly and clean work area
  • Process payments and accurately make change using point of sale system
