Job description

LifeARC Advisers LLC, is a newly established investment advisory firm registered with the Florida Office of 

Financial Regulation. The Firm is a subsidiary of Abacus Global Management Inc., a publicly held corporation. 

The Firm provides investment advice to retail investors through an internet-based Artificial intelligence (AI) 

supported financial planning tool. The tool provides users with a potential life span, LifeARC, that can be used 

to establish a uniquely individualized financial plan. The firm provides investment management services 

based on an individual’s LifeARC through individualized investment programs.

LifeARC Financial Advisers, ARC Specialists engage in:

• Developing a book of business to meet and exceed established performance hurdles

• Effectively prioritizes capitalizing on referrals, assessing customer needs, referring customers to the appropriate referral partners, and executing individualized LifeARC solutions to meet client needs

• Balancing investment growth, referral activities, customer follow up, prospect building, administrative compliance, and personal growth and development according to both day-to-day and longer-term planning

• Organizing and managing resources (time, people, budget) to run productive relationship management

• Seeking the expertise of specialists, where appropriate, to identify planning and investment strategies for a client

• Completing mandated training, assessments, performance goals and continuing education requirements

We’ll help you:

• Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.

• Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence and recommend strategies to help achieve their financial goals and life priorities.

• Collaborate with investment partners. Connect to all the solutions we provide through LifeARC and our Abacus Affiliates to meet virtually all their financial needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handles inbound inquiries from leads generated by the LifeARC website

• Positions the extensive capabilities of LifeARC and Abacus Affiliates

• Collects the necessary client profile data, following standard KYC procedures to open account(s) as appropriate

• Serves as interim Financial Adviser, providing recommendations of investment products and services that are suitable for prospects and clients based on their LifeARC as well as servicing client relationships

• Documents all client interactions and opportunities within Salesforce accurately

Required Qualifications:

• Currently holds Series 65 license or willing to obtain within 90 days

• Minimum of one year experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded

• Minimum of one year’s experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services

• Proven ability to engage with and influence others

• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship building skills

• Effective communication skills (written and verbal) - Proven ability to quickly build trust and credibility

• Proven ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate solutions/interventions

• Proven ability to work collaboratively on a team and with key partners

Compensation:

For candidates without a book of business:

• Base: $65,000-$75,000 

• Variable Compensation: 25% of advisory fees attributable to new client accounts opened in any calendar quarter. 

• Retention bonus 1-3% of revenue generated

For candidates with a book of business:

• Base: $95,000-$120,000 

• Variable Compensation: 25% of advisory fees attributable to new client accounts opened in any calendar quarter.
