MedCare Pediatric is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and energetic ABA Practice Manager to support the daily operations of our expanding ABA department.
This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys building efficient systems, and is passionate about supporting children, families, and clinical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily ABA department operations
  • Manage scheduling, staffing, and workflow coordination
  • Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
  • Support patient and family experience
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership and executive team
  • Track KPIs and support growth initiatives
  • Assist with intake, onboarding, and scheduling processes

Qualifications
