Quality Medicine Over Quantity

At Camden, doctors have the time to practice medicine the way it should be practiced.

• 13-15 appointments per day
• Standard 30-minute appointments
• 45-minute appointments for complex cases and new clients
• Personalized, relationship-based care that prioritizes quality over volume

Exceptional Mentorship

We proudly welcome both experienced veterinarians and new graduates.

Our mentorship program includes:

• 45-60 minute appointments while mentoring
• Weekly and monthly one-on-one check-ins with the Chief of Staff and Hospital Manager
• Individual surgery training
• Shadowing opportunities
• Ongoing clinical guidance tailored to your goals and experience level

Compensation & Benefits:

• A pro-sal compensation model with a salary of $150,000 - $170,000 (based on experience & schedule)
• Production bonus paid quarterly with no negative accrual
