Your New Role
  • Travel to residential customers throughout St. Louis and St. Charles, Missouri

  • Diagnose and repair a variety of residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and more

  • Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and identify the cause of equipment failures

  • Replace defective components and complete repairs according to manufacturer recommendations

  • Explain repair recommendations, costs, and maintenance tips to customers in a clear and professional manner

  • Complete service documentation accurately and maintain vehicle stock and parts inventory

  • Follow company safety procedures and applicable local regulations

  • Deliver professional, courteous customer service during every appointment
