Position Overview:
This position will support the ATM & Lease Management department through the ATM hardware project while also serving the current needs of the ATM delivery channel, including but not limited to site selection and removal, site repair and enhancement, and lease tracking.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the ATM Management & Lease team in their responsibilities required for the ATM hardware replacement project. As needed, these responsibilities may also include support for other teams involved to ensure project collaboration and success.
  • Review ATM site inspections and address any noted concerns. Provide vendor oversight on ATM installs, de-installs, and repair projects. Ensure the ATM delivery channel is safe for the membership, positively reinforces the SECU and CashPoints brands, and meets the needs of members throughout the state.
  • Review, track, and submit lease information related to remote ATM sites. Ensure proper department and legal reviews have taken place and provide timely notice to stakeholders.
  • Perform ongoing tracking to report the performance of the ATM delivery channel. Maintain tracking for the ATM inventory and review fleet and storage settings.
  • Work directly with servicing and repair vendors, general contractors, architects, engineers, and other vendors needed to add, remove, or service ATM sites throughout the state.

Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to study data points and report findings to leadership.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to support project management.
Maintain the highest level of integrity at all times.

3-5 years of relevant experience
