Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, proactive, and wellness-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our integrative care team. This role is ideal for a provider passionate about aesthetics, hormone optimization, longevity, and whole-person wellness. You’ll play a key role in assessing patients, creating individualized comprehensive wellness plans, and delivering high-quality care that supports our patients’ physical, mental, and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive wellness evaluations and health assessments
  • Diagnose and manage hormonal imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, and metabolic concerns
  • Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating lifestyle, supplementation, medical therapies, and aesthetics
  • Administer or oversee services such as IV therapy, peptide protocols, hormone replacement therapy (HRT), and medical weight loss
  • Educate patients on preventive wellness strategies and health optimization
  • Collaborate with other providers (MDs, MAs, aestheticians) to ensure integrated, high-touch care
  • Stay current with functional and regenerative medicine protocols, supplements, and diagnostics
  • Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best practices in patient safety and compliance
Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado and in good standing. Multi-state licensure is a plus
  • Certification in BLS
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in wellness, functional, integrative, or internal medicine
  • Knowledge or interest in hormone therapy, IV nutrition, peptides, and performance medicine
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care
  • EMR proficiency and ability to thrive in a boutique, fast-paced setting
Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience with advanced diagnostics (micronutrient testing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT)
  • Background in nutritional counseling or fitness coaching a plus
  • Certification in functional medicine (IFM, A4M, or similar) is a strong advantage
