La Serena Apartments is now hiring a Ticket Runner / Make Ready in the Spring Branch area.



Duties: 

  • Daily maintenance operations, work orders, and unit turns
  • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance systems
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance is completed on schedule
  • Ensure vacant units are prepared for new residents in a timely, high-quality manner
  • Uphold safety standards and property appearance at all times
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members

Requirements

  • 1+ years of onsite multifamily experience
  •  Ability to diagnose and repair multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliances)
  • General labor, porter, warehouse, housekeeping or landscaping experience preferred
  • Possess valid Identification
